Endersham is a London-based cleaning and facilities services company
The business was set up in 1975 by husband and wife team Richard and Dolores Godsave. Right from the beginning, the company has always embraced a forward-thinking, community-focused approach. We pay the London Living Wage, and all our employees are properly trained and supported, with a defined career path. Like many clients, some have been with us for decades.
COMPANY PROFILE
Endersham remains a family-owned business, with Jamie Godsave taking an active day-to-day role as CEO, assisted by a team of directors, contract managers and other team members.
Leadership
Jamie has over 25 years’ experience with Endersham, first as Director of Operations, and then as CEO since 2017. Under his watch, the company has gone from strength to strength, guiding the company’s strategic vision and upholding the highest operational standards. He is also adept at cultivating enduring client relationships, always prioritising customer satisfaction. He is similarly committed to sustainability, instilling a culture of innovation, excellence and teamwork.
With over two decades of experience in facilities management, Michal has developed a profound expertise across various sectors, including corporate services and real estate. His comprehensive understanding of client requirements, combined with his hands-on knowledge, ensures exceptional service delivery in all areas, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Nick has over 25 years’ experience in the cleaning, facilities management (FM) and security industries, including more than 10 years in FM with Incentive QAS. Joining Endersham in 2023, his roles include strategic planning, resource optimisation and client development. His ability to analyse needs, understand missions and create bespoke solutions has benefitted numerous clients.
Katrin has more than 10 years’ experience in operations and facilities management, working previously for Atalian Servest and Incentive QAS. She joined Endersham in 2023. Combining strategic vision and hands-on expertise, she is highly skilled at leading cross-functional teams, fostering continuous improvement and optimising processes to maximise efficiency.
